The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dinnerware, kitchenware, and department floors. They also manage trash disposal and maintain overall sanitation standards for public and department areas.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one year of food service experience in a hospital or commercial setting. Candidates must be able to follow instructions in English and safely handle chemicals.

High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.
1 year of food service experience in a hospital, commercial restaurant, or other food service operation.
Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions in English.
Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
Ability to accurately follow instructions when using, disposing, and mixing chemicals.
