Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by advising customers on wine, spirits, and beer products. Manage store inventory through freight processing, stocking, and supporting digital order fulfillment and delivery services.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail setting. Must be at least 21 years old and capable of performing physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally you will be referred to as Service Team Member and report to the store management team.
