As a Senior Food Scientist at Feastables, you will play a crucial role in the development and commercialization of innovative and high-quality food products. Reporting to the Director of Product R&D, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to deliver seamless integration of product formulations into our product launches and supply chain processes.
We're looking for an expert with strong confectionery technical and CPG commercialization experience, best in class communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality through collaboration. Candidates should have experience navigating ambiguity and are prepared to help drive clarity around innovation projects to drive them to technical execution.
We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $105,000-$130,000.
