Supervise the day-to-day activities of Sales Merchandisers to ensure timely orders and adherence to merchandising standards. Manage labor planning, budgeting, and team development while serving as the primary contact for ordering and delivery issues.
Requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a pallet jack. Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree and at least one year of experience in sales/merchandising and team supervision.
Coke Florida is looking for a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based out of our Jacksonville location.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, and is responsible for overseeing timely, accurate orders and maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
For this role, you will need:
*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to CCBF guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandising Supervisor position.
