The Receiving Assistant supports the Receiving Manager in managing incoming products, scanning inventory, and processing paperwork. They are also responsible for maintaining back room organization and providing backup cashiering and customer service on the sales floor.
A high school diploma and experience in retail, grocery, or receiving are preferred, along with the ability to obtain a forklift certification. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
The Receiving Assistant is responsible for assisting the Receiving Manager in the successful operation of the receiving department.
