Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Deltek Costpoint users while assisting with month-end close and system enhancements. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to maintain system accuracy and ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience supporting financial systems or ERP applications, specifically Deltek Costpoint. U.S. citizenship is required, and familiarity with government contracting or SQL is preferred.
KBR is seeking a Costpoint Financial Systems Analyst to support Deltek Costpoint and related financial business processes within a government contracting environment. This role works closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders to provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, support system enhancements, and ensure users can effectively leverage Costpoint to meet business and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting Deltek Costpoint, strong analytical and customer service skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. Flexibility to support month-end processing, system upgrades, and occasional evening or weekend activities is required.
In September 2025, KBR announced that we are spinning our Mission Technology Solutions business into a separate public company. This role will ultimately be part of the new company. The Mission Technology Solutions business partners with governments and defense, intelligence, space, aviation, and critical infrastructure customers to deliver high-end engineering, science, technology, and mission support solutions.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
