The role involves correcting financial accounts on retirement services operating systems and ensuring accuracy in all corrective activities. You will also collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve complex issues and maintain high quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of business experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in accounting or bookkeeping and familiarity with systems like SAP or TAPS are preferred.

As a member of the Corrections Team, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their accounts. You will correct accounts on Retirement Services operating systems which may include but are not limited to the following: correct product features/services to the accounts, post funds and update required fields accurately, combine accounts, communicate directly with advisors and other key field representatives regarding corrective activity and ensure accuracy with all corrective activity.

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
