How you'll make an impact
You’ll support the branch by keeping day to day work on track. You’ll help create documents, certificates, forms, reports, and other client materials using the right systems and resources. You’ll also help make sure data, documents, timelines, and tool use meet process standards, so clients get efficient service and teammates can move work forward.
You’ll work closely with production and client service colleagues. You’ll help keep client support steady, accurate, and responsive. You’ll also spot ways to improve the workflow and help the team work better over time.
About You
Required:
High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred:
Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
