The Staff Accountant manages vendor payments, corporate credit card administration, and general ledger reconciliations. They are also responsible for month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, and supporting external audits.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and at least 1 year of experience with Concur and Intacct. Advanced Excel skills and experience working in a remote environment are also required.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Staff Accountant is responsible for reconciliations, vendor payments, tracking corporate card expenses, preparing journal entries, actively involved with month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, and external audits.
