The advisor will ensure surplus lines placements are compliant while supporting brokers and internal partners across complex transactions. They will also serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries, audits, and escalations while advising on tax issues.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in surplus lines, and possess an active P&C broker license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong relationship-building skills.
