As a Customer Experience Specialist at We Insure, you’ll deliver top-tier support to policyholders, producers, lenders, and partners. You’ll manage inbound calls, live chats, and task work, with occasional outbound calls to follow up or resolve issues. In this fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, you’ll help clients navigate their insurance needs while keeping every interaction smooth and professional.
Pay: $20.00-$23.50/hour, based on experience.
Location: 2010 E 6th St, Austin, TX (onsite only).
Schedule: Full-time, with paid training.
License: Texas P&C License preferred; We Insure covers exam fees for new hires.
Experience: Call center experience required; Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and chats.
Handle billing questions, policy changes, and cancellations.
Navigate multiple carrier systems to resolve requests accurately.
Maintain performance metrics for quality, handle time, and attendance.
Document all interactions clearly and professionally.
2+ years of customer service experience, including 1+ year in a call center.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask across systems and platforms.

Our Founder, Yunier Ruiz is a lifelong resident of South Florida and being of Cuban descendant, speaks Spanish fluently. In 2003 he began his career in the insurance industry as an owner of a Title Insurance Agency. In this position he obtained numerous achievements and awards for his quality and leadership as an agent. After years of offering his customers exceptional customer service, in 2008 he expanded his business into Property and Casualty Insurance. Yunier has become a dependable source in his community when it comes to homeowners and auto insurance. He has a passion for saving his customers money. After five years of being an independent agent, in 2013 he made the excellent decision to join the WE Insure Florida Team. When Yunier is not offering exceptional service, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters.
