What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills and Experience
3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is strongly preferred.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
Yardi experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Typical Base Pay Range: $65,000-$100,000 per year, plus bonus program participation
