The Maintenance Manager oversees the daily operations of community maintenance, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit renovations. They are responsible for leading and developing the service team while ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing the maintenance budget.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of apartment maintenance experience and 2 years of leadership experience. An EPA-CFC certification is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Waterton Service Manager (Maintenance Manager), you will oversee the overall maintenance of the community – repairs, make-ready process, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is resilient, results-oriented, curious, adaptable, and has an ownership mindset.
