Maintain the physical condition of the community by completing resident service requests and conducting scheduled preventative maintenance. Prepare apartments for new occupancy through the make-ready process and ensure common areas remain clean and hazard-free.
Candidates should have experience in building maintenance or skilled trades, preferably within apartment or commercial residential settings. EPA-CFC certification is strongly preferred, and EPA-LBP certification is required for properties built before 1978.
As a Waterton Floating Maintenance Technician II, you are an integral part of our mission “to provide a great place to live” for our residents. You will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. The Service Technician II completes unit make-readies, conducts preventative maintenance, completes service requests, performs janitorial duties, and helps to maintain a hazard free community.
