The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional condition of the property through cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs. They must ensure all safety procedures are followed while completing daily work orders and reporting any property concerns to management.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of irrigation, pest control, and landscaping. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 lbs, operate power equipment, and work in various environmental conditions.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space. The work that is performed may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.
The Groundskeeper provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
