Responsible for roadway and highway analysis, design, and plans production for conventional and design-build projects. Duties include monitoring budgets, coordinating with task leaders, and performing field reviews of construction projects.
Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience. Proficiency in production software and strong communication skills are essential, with EI and specific CAD software experience preferred.
The Highway Engineering Associate II will be responsible for roadway/highway analysis and design, plans production, specifications, reports, and estimates efforts on conventional and design-build projects. Additional responsibilities include monitoring labor budgets and schedules for assigned tasks/projects; coordinating with discipline key task leaders and staff to ensure ongoing communications; meeting project deliverable schedules and budgets for assigned projects; and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
