Perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities using a designated tote or cart. Transport waste to on-site dumpsters and perform additional community cleanliness tasks such as porter services and pressure washing.
Candidates must own an open-bed pickup truck, possess a valid driver's license with insurance, and have a smartphone. Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions is required.
