The Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of moderately complex projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and requirements. This includes managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and implementing risk mitigation plans.
Requires a diploma in architectural, construction, or engineering technology, with a university degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of project management experience and proficiency in budget management and cost estimation.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of 77,259 - $96,573 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
