The Superintendent oversees the field construction process, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. They manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with safety and contract requirements.
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, specifically with electrical trades and building projects. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and the ability to obtain military base access are required.
We are seeking a traveling Site Superintendent to join our federal team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the installation of metering systems for buildings on U.S. military and other federal government sites. The first project site that this role will support is the Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX for around one year (military experience is not required) . Future project sites will be U.S. military or other federal government project sites that are to be determined and could be anywhere in the United States, and potentially some global sites (but no designated war zone countries). All travel related expenses and local housing is provided (if not already local to the area). This will be explained further during the interview process.

Location: Can be based anywhere in the United States with the ability to travel extensively. This role supports long-term assignments. Travel is around 90%.
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary plus per diem when traveling. Negotiable based on experience.
Benefits: Eligible for benefits on first day of employment
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year. (6.5 weeks of paid time off in total throughout the year)
