Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency, enhancing overall productivity.
Drive the transition from development to production, proactively performing troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Tasks involve preparing and testing payload systems and hardware by applying materials, conducting painting, sealing, composite layup, repairs, testing, and assisting with vehicle assembly and installation.
Fabricate softgoods components using industrial sewing machines, hand-stitching techniques, and precision bonding processes on aerospace-grade textiles.
Execute pattern cutting and layup operations for crew cabin assemblies per engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform detailed assembly and sub-assembly work on harnesses, protective covers, and structural soft components with attention to NASA human-rating standards and workmanship requirements.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of softgoods assemblies, verifying dimensional accuracy, stitch quality, material integrity, and compliance with engineering specifications.
Maintain strict Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control protocols and cleanroom discipline in all manufacturing areas.
Document work orders, material usage, and inspection results in Electronic Work Orders and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to team goals including schedule adherence, cost management, and zero-defect quality culture.
