The Engineer Lead role provides the opportunity to expand your skills and experience while supporting mission-critical infrastructure operations within a high-availability data center environment. This position combines hands-on technical work with day-to-day leadership responsibilities, supporting facility operations, preventative maintenance, and repair activities for critical building systems.Job Description
As an Engineer Lead, you will work alongside engineering staff to maintain continuous facility operations and ensure proper coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Daily responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure systems, performing inspections and maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting operational activities across the facility.
