The Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations, including managing crews and subcontractors from project mobilization through completion. They are responsible for ensuring safety, quality control, and accurate project reporting while maintaining compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in telecom or construction and possess a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in field tracking systems and a valid driver's license are required, along with the physical ability to work outdoors.

The Role
We're looking for a Field Supervisor to serve as our primary on-site representative — overseeing daily field operations from project mobilization through completion. You'll directly supervise crews and subcontractors, execute work in the field, and partner with Project Managers and Construction Managers to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on spec.
What You'll Do
Working Conditions
Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10–50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.
