The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple regional telecommunications projects from planning through closeout while leading and mentoring project and field teams. They are responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring project compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure, along with proven experience managing multiple projects and leading teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field and certifications like PMP or OSHA 30 are preferred.

The Role
We're looking for a Sr. Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across a region from planning through closeout. You'll lead Project Managers, partner with field leadership, manage financial and operational performance, and play a critical role in customer relationships and regional growth.
What You'll Do
Working Conditions
Field-based leadership role with significant travel (up to 50%). 24/7 rotational on-call participation for emergency customer callouts.
