What you’ll do In this role, you will:
Plan and deliver in-person and online capability development modules and events, coordinating speaker engagement, session design and delivery, participant engagement and communications and promotional collateral
Support program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement
Prepare high-quality learning and development documentation, briefings, correspondence, submissions and reports
monitor coaching panels and support event evaluation activities
build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
keep accurate and complete records, including invoicing, in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
