The intern will assist in developing and updating eLearning materials using instructional design principles. They will collaborate with the People Development team to ensure content quality and manage training modules.
Candidates should be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a commitment of 3 to 6 months are required.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and updating of eLearning materials.
2. Collaborate with the People Development team to ensure content quality and relevance.
3. Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training modules.
4. Support the team in various tasks related to eLearning content management.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Human Resources, Business Administration or any field.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
