Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
The Site Director is the heart of a Healthy Kids Programs location. They are responsible for what happens every day at their site — running a high-quality, engaging program that kids love and families trust, keeping the right staff in place and supported, operating safely and in full compliance with state requirements, and making sure the site has everything it needs to deliver a great experience. This is a role for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about making a real difference for kids every single day.
Program Quality - Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects HKP’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
Staffing - The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
Compliance - The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
Inventory - The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem
