Translate competitive market insights, enterprise priorities, and business objectives into clear strategic narratives, executive-ready recommendations, and actionable plans that align senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.

CUSTOMER
Shape and articulate the Digital strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap in support of the Head of Digital and overall business priorities
Plan, lead / manage and/or oversee a diverse set of work activities requiring alignment across multiple areas
Provide direction and/or input to complex, wide ranging enterprise or cross-function / business projects/initiatives as a subject matter expert and where necessary participates in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting the implementation
Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leaders and create compelling executive-level materials, narratives, roadmaps, frameworks, and recommendations that clarify priorities and drive alignment
Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Digital and leadership team, bringing external market, competitive, customer, technology, and enterprise insights to identify future capability needs, strategic opportunities, and areas of risk
Translate complex strategy, capability, and market information into clear written materials and storytelling that can be understood and acted on by executive, business, and cross-functional audiences
Work effectively with multiple teams across a broad spectrum of initiatives and functional domains, influencing and aligning others as needed
SHAREHOLDER
Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to business management activities for own area
Actively manage relationships with corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements
Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts to the Bank
Assess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders where required
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure an in alignment with risk appetite
Ensure business operations are in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements (e.g. financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals, and physical control of assets).
Participate in cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations
Lead relevant governance meetings or committees and related deliverables / outcomes
Lead / facilitate and/or implement action/remediation plans to address performance/risk/governance issues

Generally accountable for leading a significant Digital strategy mandate with direct visibility to the Head of Digital and senior/executive stakeholders
Strategy expert requiring broad enterprise awareness, strong digital business acumen, market and competitive insight, and the ability to connect future capabilities to business outcomes
Undertake and complete a variety of complex initiatives requiring seasoned specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes
Position typically deals with senior/executive management
Focus on longer-range strategic planning, including multi-year roadmaps, capability evolution, and prioritization of initiatives that support the Digital vision
May manage and prioritize multiple projects at a given time
Reports directly to the Head of Digital
Requires exceptional written communication, executive storytelling, synthesis, and influencing skills to translate strategy into clear messages, decisions, and action
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree
10+ years relevant experience, ideally including strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, business planning, competitive insights, roadmap development, or executive communications
Demonstrated ability to develop clear strategic narratives, synthesize complex information, and produce high-quality written materials for senior executive audiences
