The Agent Operations Territory Lead manages product rollouts, supervises agent networks, and oversees distribution and marketing within a designated territory. They are responsible for agent recruitment, training, liquidity management, and ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing agent networks in mobile money, agency banking, or FMCG sectors in Côte d’Ivoire. The role requires fluency in French, a good level of English, and the ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

We are hiring an Agent Operations Territory Lead to manage product rollouts and supervise agents in a designated territory. You will also represent Wave, oversee our distribution and marketing, interact with users, and conduct interviews with individuals about their needs and concerns related to money transfer and financial services.
