You will coordinate Data Operations and operational resilience initiatives, acting as a liaison between technical and operational teams. Responsibilities include managing observability, defining service continuity procedures, and overseeing vendor relationships for data platform projects.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Big Data, DataOps, or IT operations with a strong background in technical coordination. Proficiency in Spanish and technical English (B2 minimum) is required, along with deep knowledge of data governance and platform resilience.

En Devoteam buscamos incorporar un/a Especialista en Data Operations y Resiliencia Operativa para participar en proyectos relacionados con la operación, observabilidad y resiliencia de plataformas y productos de datos.
Trabajarás coordinando iniciativas transversales entre diferentes equipos técnicos y operativos, contribuyendo a garantizar la estabilidad, continuidad y evolución del ecosistema Data.
Modelo de trabajo 100% remoto desde España, con preferencia por personas residentes en Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao o Zaragoza.
Darás soporte al Technical Lead en la coordinación y seguimiento de iniciativas relacionadas con Data Operations, observabilidad y resiliencia operativa, actuando como nexo entre los diferentes equipos involucrados.
