The Field Engineer serves as an on-the-ground quality presence at supplier factories to ensure product quality is managed from development to bulk production. Key duties include conducting factory visits, shadowing final product audits, and providing daily field reports on quality issues.
Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience in footwear or garment production quality assurance within Vietnam. Proficiency in English and the ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards are required.
