In dieser vielseitigen Rolle bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Business-Operations-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass unser Tagesgeschäft reibungslos und effizient läuft. Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Trade, Futures, Logistik und Finance zusammen und übernimmst eigenständig operative Aufgaben, hast aber gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, Impulse für Verbesserungen einzubringen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du bereitest Handelsverträge vor und nach und stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen korrekt erfasst und dokumentiert werden.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Handelsteam pflegst du Preise, erstellst regelmäßige Auswertungen und Analysen und unterstützt so fundierte Entscheidungen.
Du analysierst Daten, Prozesse und Zusammenhänge systematisch und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachabteilungen sorgst du dafür, dass das operative Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft. Dabei arbeitest du selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
Beim Monatsabschluss unterstützt du aktiv und stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Daten vollständig und korrekt vorliegen.
Du pflegst und aktualisierst unsere Stammdaten und sorgst dafür, dass diese jederzeit aktuell und verlässlich sind.
Eingehende Anfragen bearbeitest du zeitnah und leitest sie an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner weiter.
Du betreust und pflegst unsere Mischungspositionen (Blends) und trägst damit zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft bei.
Dein Profil:
Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem kaufmännischen Umfeld.
Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis.
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du arbeitest gerne operativ im Tagesgeschäft, bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und behältst dabei stets das große Ganze im Blick.
