About Corndel:
Corndel is a unique, multi award-winning UK management and technology training provider that focuses on delivering the highest quality programmes throughout an employee’s career. We partner with some of the UK’s largest and most exciting businesses to help drive organisational and personal performance through transformational learning.
Our vision is to shape a world where everyone is empowered to be their professional best. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and provide a great platform for proactive and motivated individuals to take the next exciting step in their career. You will be joining an organisation with a fun, entrepreneurial and supportive environment, providing fulfilling work and an open, informal culture.
The role:
As an Impact Consultant at Corndel, you will work directly with internal and client stakeholders to shape, produce and present compelling evidence of programme impact. You will help clients understand the value Corndel’s programmes are delivering by translating learner and business evidence into clear, credible and commercially useful reports, case studies and presentations.
This is a client-facing impact role. You will lead reporting conversations with clients, help define what evidence will be most meaningful for different audiences, and produce high-quality outputs that support strong client relationships, renewals and wider growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the production of evidence-led impact reports, case studies and summaries for clients, tailored to their business goals, programme context and stakeholder audience.
Work closely with the wider Business Development team and client stakeholders to understand what evidence will be most useful, what stories will resonate, and how reports should be positioned for different conversations.
Lead client-facing reporting discussions, present findings, explain outcomes, and consult on identifying the most meaningful and trusted evidence, examples or impact framing.
Continuously evolve and enhance impact measurement by bringing best-in-class ideas and trailing proactive new approaches.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data from a range of data sources to identify impact insights and clear examples of application of learning.
Create high-quality client-facing and internal materials, including reports, one-pagers, executive summaries, case studies and supporting collateral.
Support regular reporting cycles using agreed templates, frameworks and data sources.
Extract strong stories, quotes and proof points from learner and line manager feedback to support reporting, marketing and commercial conversations.
Support internal teams to see the practical value of the evidence by presenting insights clearly and linking them to business outcomes, stakeholder priorities and programme aims.
Support survey and evidence-gathering activity by helping coordinate reporting requirements, synthesise findings and package outputs for use by internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersinvolved in impact reporting, ensuring feedback is incorporated and outputs remain useful, credible and audience appropriate.
About You:
You are comfortable working in a client-facing environment and enjoy helping stakeholders understand what evidence means in practice.
You are a strong writer and communicator who can produce polished materials. You enjoy translating data, stories and evidence into something meaningful for clients and internal stakeholders.
You are collaborative and confident working with teams and individuals to shape useful outputs and respond to stakeholder needs.
You care about evidence, clarity and accuracy. You know how to communicate impact in a way that is credible, concise and commercially useful.
You enjoy producing high-quality deliverables, but you are equally comfortable joining conversations, understanding stakeholder priorities and adapting outputs to different audiences.
You are motivated by helping clients and colleagues see the real value that Corndel’s programmes are delivering.
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, review and distil qualitative and quantitative data into useful impact insights.
Client-facing skills, with confidence working alongside colleagues or directly with clients to understand reporting needs, shape outputs and support impact conversations.
Proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, genAI tools and data/reporting tools to extract client-relevant insights from raw data and create clear, client-ready outputs.
Effective at collaborative, cross-functional work with Account Managers, Delivery stakeholders and Marketing colleagues.
Willingness to continuously improve impact measurement approaches and utilise AI in a responsible and proactive manner
Excellent writing and data storytelling skills, especially for reports, slide decks, case studies and stakeholder summaries.
Experience producing polished client-facing or stakeholder-facing materials.
Ability to work accurately with evidence, templates and structured reporting processes.
Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience in Learning and Development, AI and Data Skills training, apprenticeships, programme evaluation, or a related field.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools to analyse data.
Familiarity with mixed-method evaluation approaches, including surveys, interviews, learner feedback and line manager feedback.
Familiarity with ROI, business impact, value measurement or evidence frameworks used to assess organisational outcomes.
Experience working in a fast-moving commercial environment where priorities may shift across clients and stakeholders.
