About the Role

Who You Are

• • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience applying AI capabilities to real-world product use cases. 

• • Comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including APIs, data flows, and scalable architectures. 

• • Comfortable navigating compliance, security, and risk considerations in enterprise or regulated environments. 

• • Curious, thoughtful, and pragmatic approach to emerging technology. 

• • Motivated by building foundational capabilities that unlock long-term product and business value. 

Minimum Qualifications

• • 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of delivering technically complex products. 

• • Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from discovery through launch and iteration. 

• • Experience building tools for operational users  

• • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and tradeoffs. 

• • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer workflows and operational pain points. 

• • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or adjacent verticals
