High degree of understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms. Must be familiar with carrier reporting systems.
Preferred: Microsoft Excel expertise. Effective negotiation skills.
Behaviors: Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills. Must remain aware of new techniques and office procedures and be able to implement new or changing procedures with adequate instruction but minimal supervision.
