The IT Operations Administrator manages core platforms including identity, SSO, and endpoint management while acting as an escalation point for the service desk. They are responsible for operationalizing AI tools, building automations, and maintaining the identity lifecycle for the organization.
Requires 3+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, specifically with Okta, Jamf Pro, Intune, and Google Workspace. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) and familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies are highly valued.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Global IT team and act as an escalation point on the service desk, owning the day-to-day administration of multiple core platforms, and building the automations that make IT run more effectively. The IT Operations Administrator will help operationalize Hootsuite’s AI transformation, administering and supporting the AI tools owls rely on.
