The representative will guide customers through the loan application process and proactively reach out to prospects via outbound calls to assist with funding. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM and resolving customer inquiries regarding loan eligibility.
Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess previous experience in sales or customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work on a rotational schedule, and the successful completion of background and credit checks.

We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:
Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Competitive hourly wage of $21.00/hour
