You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping customers complete their loan applications, providing clear guidance, and introducing helpful services based on their needs. This role includes both customer support and proactive outbound calling.
This position is starting on July 6, 2026. Successful candidates MUST be available to start.
This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based at:
255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4
We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm
Saturday 8am to 8pm
Sunday 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support: Guide customers through the loan application process with step-by-step assistance
Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who haven’t completed their applications
Problem-Solving: Answer questions related to eligibility, loan status, and next steps. Build trust by providing knowledgeable, accurate, and helpful responses
Documentation: Record all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in our CRM system
Retail Referrals: Direct customers to local retail branches for in-person support when needed
Sales Support: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on customer needs
Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and leadership to resolve complex cases and deliver a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
Communication: Confident and persuasive communicator with a customer-first attitude
Technical Skills: Able to navigate CRM systems and multitask on a computer
Time Management: Strong organization and follow-up skills
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to provide timely and effective solutions.

Must successfully complete a criminal background check and credit check
