The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations, including hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and the management of service requests. They are responsible for supervising the maintenance team, managing vendors, and ensuring the property meets safety and curb appeal standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in the multifamily industry. An EPA Type II certification is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the maintenance team with a resident-focused attitude and team player mentality.
