Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to preserve the value of an apartment community, including completing service requests and preventative maintenance. Ensure the physical condition and curb appeal of the property are maintained while adhering to safety standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry. Candidates should have EPA certification Type I and II and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
