Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to preserve and enhance the value of an apartment community. This includes completing service requests, managing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the property's curb appeal and safety standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry. Candidates should have EPA certification Type I and II and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
