The porter is responsible for maintaining property units and common areas to ensure resident satisfaction and a professional appearance. Duties include preparing vacant units, managing inventory, and responding to maintenance or resident requests while adhering to safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and speak basic English. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform frequent bending or stooping.

Physical Activities
Requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when using machinery and equipment for essential maintenance tasks, including but not limited to installing outside air conditioning units. Requires frequent bending and/or stooping to access equipment and machinery necessary for essential maintenance tasks. Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
