The Maintenance Supervisor manages the daily operations of an apartment community, balancing hands-on repairs with the supervision of staff and contractors. Key duties include overseeing service requests, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safety and curb appeal standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience, and a valid EPA Type II certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions are required.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the maintenance team with a resident-focused attitude and team player mentality.
