The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. This includes managing staff, handling budgets, driving sales and marketing efforts, and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
Preferably 2+ years of experience as a Hotel GM in select service or extended stay properties with brand experience. An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
