The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while ensuring excellent store operational standards and customer experiences. They lead the full store team through recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and 3-5 years of management experience. Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance, is required.

The Store Manager leads an assigned retail store ensuring and maintaining store operational standards, key performance metrics and targets set forth by the company. The Store Manager provides leadership to the full store team resulting in excellent daily store conditions, positive work environment in a manner that maximizes sales & profitability and provides an excellent, unique, and satisfying shopping experience for customers and employees. The Store Manager is directly responsible for recruitment, selection, training, motivation, coaching and developing their store team members to ensure we retain the best store teams and deliver best in class store operations. The Store Manager ensures all store team members comply with all company policies and procedures, along with all City, State and Federal requirements.
