The Head Brewer is responsible for overseeing all brewhouse operations, including personnel management, production scheduling, and maintaining quality standards. They work closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency across the production facility.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of production brewery experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Advanced brewing education and experience in a continuous improvement environment are strongly preferred.
