The Meat Cutter is responsible for trimming, preparing, and packaging beef, pork, and poultry according to company standards to drive sales. They must maintain sanitation, manage product rotation, and ensure attractive merchandise displays in the meat department.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and proficiency in basic math and English. Experience with meat-cutting power equipment and manual pallet jacks is preferred.
