The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, performing apartment turns, and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. They also assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the community grounds and amenities.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience and hold an EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). The role requires physical capability to lift 75 lbs and the ability to participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
