The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process. Responsibilities include managing customer service, sales, and administrative tasks while maintaining relationships with current residents.
No prior leasing experience is required, but candidates must possess a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills. The role requires high energy, adaptability, and a willingness to perform physical tasks on the property.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $20/hour and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
