Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity, while adapting to evolving technical challenges and priorities throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize support workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with integration of multiple software components and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
