How you'll make an impact
Support day-to-day workflow so the team can respond to client needs without delays.
Use the right tools, follow process steps, and handle routine service tasks with care.
Help production and client service teammates by preparing accurate documents and keeping work organized.
Support clients and teammates by phone, email, and written updates.
Keep records, documents, and data accurate.
Your work will help clients get clear, timely support.
About You
Required:
High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred:
Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
Ability to create certificates, forms, communications, and reports in business systems.
Able to manage more than one task at a time.
Ability to work well with others and ask questions when you need support.
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
