About the role
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
Deliver professional travel advice and end-to-end booking solutions that meet customer needs and agreed service levels
Promote and sell Air New Zealand products and travel services, achieving sales and customer service targets
Create accurate, compliant travel itineraries that align with customer travel policies and business requirements
Resolve customer enquiries and travel disruptions quickly, creating positive outcomes and maximising customer satisfaction
Build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues while identifying opportunities to grow existing business
Contribute to a safe, secure, and compliant workplace by following company policies and industry regulations.
What we're looking for
At least two years' experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
Experience working in a reservations, sales, or ticketing environment
Qualifications in travel and tourism, reservations, ticketing, or equivalent industry experience
Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
Experience using a GDS, such as Sabre, along with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
Sound numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Air New Zealand products, fare types, IATA regulations, and airline routes will be an advantage, but is not essential.
