Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and the ability to safely transport individuals. While human services experience is helpful, it is not required, though a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

As a DSP II, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they participate in community activities, volunteer opportunities, recreational outings, and skill-building experiences throughout Western New York. Rather than working in a traditional facility, you’ll help people connect with their community and live fuller, more independent lives.
