The Customer Experience Banker acts as a financial concierge, responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending banking products. They also process transactions accurately while providing exemplary customer service and adhering to operational and security policies.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in cash handling and comfort with banking technology are preferred qualifications.

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
